I'm just one drop in a pond full of people. I was born in Phoenix, Arizona, then moved to Pennsylvania, then moved to Florida for a year and landed back in Pennsylvania. Bad choice in my mind, but oh well.

I love staying fit! I'm constantly learning and testing different workouts and such. So maybe I can help you take some shortcuts around common myths and things that are a waste of your time.

I like being outdoors, snowboard when I can, like to cook but you can normally find me in front of my computer.
